Received a call with a voice mail of someone breathing. I do not live in Ohio, so I have no idea why this number would be calling me after reading the comments.

They called 5/1/17, had my social and b'day. I would not speak with them, was told they'd turn it over to the state AG. I told them to go ahead. I had a tax problem straightened out from 2005, sent fed info twice, never confirmed as settled.

Apparently this is Reliant Capital Solutions (RCS), there was no info on caller ID.
Repeated calls on various days,  sometimes back to back calls with never a message left. If this is some sort of a reputable collection agency, they should adjust their practices & technique.
