I actually tried calling it back a couple times and got a recorded message to leave my name and contact info.  Have not done so, seems very shady.  I did have to go through a process of proving I had paid my taxes earlier this year because they had "no record of payment", which they had been paid.  However I did produce the proof to a third party collection agency who was very professional, and not shady.  There is something very wrong with this RCS.  Be cautious.

dont be fooled! this is a debt collector. They are doing what people in hollywood do all the time to get a favorable response they NAME DROP!  RCS say on the recording that they are an authorized agent for the state of ohio attorney generals office. this is not mis representation. All that means is that some where in the history of the company, they colllected or attempted to collect accounts for the states  A G office. Not that you' the reader' are in any trouble with the ohio A G office. they  no doubt debt collectors and yes very shady doing what ever they can to collect the debt. first thing i suggest is to tell them you dont want  to request that they dont call you any more. contact you by mail only! and please validate this debt.ITS OK TO GIVE MAILING INFO. PREFFERABLY A P. O .BOX  get familiar with FDCPA FAIR DEBT COLLECTING PRATICES ACT

Same as the above messages.  Called 10/19/2010.  Sounded urgent and slightly menacing.  We live in Indiana and as far as I know, we have no dealings with RCS or any outstanding debts that would deserve this call.

i have gotten calls from these people and there calling my family house's and my cell from a blocked number stating that an account has esculated and i need to get this matter taken care of
