Been complaining to them for two years about cloaking their number. I'm happy to pay whether they hide or use their name in caller ID but I resent the trickery.

This IS verizon

I've recieved numerous calls from this number, it has always been an automated system stating its Verizon Wireless message center, it states I have a message and asks me to inpute my 10digit number followed by #.  after I do this, it states it is retrieving the message, after a pause, it states it failed to find any messages and asks for my number again.  I am currently on livechat with a Verizon rep and they are unfamiliar with this and are trying to find a record of this number against my account.  at least they didnt ask me to pay a bill I paid 10 days ago, like the last call I recieved today.

Verizon called and left a voicemail concerning "my account".

Oddly enough I am an AT&T customer, they have the wrong number and don't bother checking their records to get the correct number.

They were calling my daughters cell which is not the account payers cell,that should be me.
I called they said it was not them , that they only text and email.
They said maybe spam so I went to Verizon site and blocked THEIR number with THEIR block calls feature.
