According to posts on another site, the number belongs to MedSource International, which is a medical supply seller.  They call about a variety of products but this particular number is associated with diabetic testing supplies.  Call themselves Diabetic Connects according to posts on this site:

I am on the DNC list. That makes sense. I never got in line for anything for diabetes so not sure how they got my number. That's interesting.

They called several times today...I just called back and for the 2nd time, I told them to remove my # from their calling list!  Yes, they said something about testing strips for diabetes
