According to posts on another site, the number belongs to MedSource International, which is a medical supply seller.  They call about a variety of products but this particular number is associated with diabetic testing supplies.  Call themselves Diabetic Connects according to posts on this site:

You need a call blocker.  For your land line you can buy one at Best Buy or on Amazon.  For your smart phone you can download one.  For your cell phone ask your carrier or put the pest in your contacts list and assign them the ring tone "no ring."

The scammers change phone numbers often.  They can't be caught.
