You are clearly a scam, or plant.

They are not attempting to collect on any legal debt. How do I know this ? because I have no legal debt, not 1 penny worth. So if they are coming after me it is clearly a scam, And from your incoherent post I would have to assume that you are in on it.

Tony Brewer is a major jack***. We've had problems with him in the past. The "supposed debt" is in my brother's name. Yet Mr. Brewer harassed me, demanding I take out a loan to pay a debt I do NOT owe. I told him that he had absolutely no grounds or right to ask me for money since my name was on this "debt." Then, the idiot proceeded to cuss me out, call me names, and threaten me. We've contacted a lawyer. My brother contacted the company who the debt was originally from. They have never even heard of Hecker's office and they still have the debt. They are scammers the whole way.

i recieve a call today and told me to call a  nummber but i didnt copy it down.they just hing up after they said the nummber . im only 19 years old and i only have 1 debit card. i never have a cedit card in my entire life .im afraid that this will affect my cedit.what should i do?

Calls from 609-570-3039 CID ATTY L HECKER are also related to a 775-319-1506 ALLIED INTRSTE (short for ALLIED INTERSTATE collection agency based out of WEST PALM BEACH, FL.  No one here owns any body or any company money.  This must be a SCAM related company trying to find WHO unlisted phone numbers are listed to and then SELLing them off.
