LMFAO @ COMMENT ABOVE!

We have been getting numerous calls from 609 570-3039 and have repetedly told them we are not who they are looking for.  I have had this phone number for nearly twenty year and NOT the person they're looking for!  The calls do not stop.

This number called my landlord! how they ever got her number is beyond me! my landlord (who also happens to be a friend of mine) called me to let me know. I had no idea what it was about so I called, they didn't believe I was me and hung up on me, I called them again and the woman yelled at me asking me what my ssn was!! I would never give my ssn number out! why would they do that? how do I stop them from calling my landlord asking for me? is their a website I can report them to? I just wrote a letter after finding this site with their address, I did ask them for it but they hung up.  I am mailing them a "cease all calls" letter as well as reporting them to the BBB. I still don't know what it is in reference to and don't much care.-

So I just got my first phone call from some guy by the name of J. Price calling on behalf of Mr. Hecker.  They left a message and I called back. They answered with "Law Office".  Seriously, "Law office"?  How professional...
Mr. Price was nice to me for about the first 30 seconds until he asked for my credit card account number and I refused to give it to him.  I actually have a credit card with the company he mentioned but the balance he gave me was actually less than what I owe!  When I told him that the amount was wrong(didn't tell him what the actual amount was), he implied that I was lying.  He then gave me the last four digits of "my" account number, which was incorrect.  Told him this and again he implied that I was lying.  He then gave the last four digits of what he said was my ss#, which, big surprise here, was incorrect.  
He said that the account had been opened in 1996 and had not been paid on for a long time.  I informed him that I had paid my credit card just last month and had been paying every month.  When I refused to give him any information, he got annoyed and said "We'll see about that!" and hung up!

Oh and by the way, in 1996, I was 13...

I just wanted to thank those of you who have written posts, warning others about this.  I actually Googled the number right after they left me a message and found these postings.  I was able to call them prepared with the knowledge that they're idiots and scammers!

Attorney Lawrence Hecker called our office asking for two people I never heard of, insisted that this must be their number, and if they weren't there, that we knew who they were and they must be related to my boss!  Otherwise, why would he have this number!  

Although I started off professionally, his inappropriate questios led me to tell him he was rude and to not call back.  When I picked up the phone again - he was still yammering away.

Truly a jerk.
