Yes, you can submit a claim through the FBI website.  It's quick and easy.  I had the same person claiming the same thing.  I submitted his  ( name) the number that he called from and that I have several vmails from this person.

"John Miller" from the "IRS" left three vm today from, you guessed it, (530) 208-9830. Two things made me suspicious - his thicker than curry Hindi accent and the fact my dad is my CPA and we're easily the two most honest people on planet Earth. Ain't nothing wrong with my taxes, despite what "Mr. Miller" thinks.....

•If you don’t owe taxes, call and report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Just got the same voice mail directed to my husband.  A woman with a thick Indian accent name Hermonie (Harry Potter's friend?) stated he had to call back as soon as possible.  Hmm... we got the call on Saturday Feb. 8th at 8:40 am.  The IRS works on the weekends????  The call is from South Lake Tahoe CA I am sure it is nice on Saturday mornings there and there are better things to do than to call my husband. Tried to call back the number single beep then dead air.  Placed the number in Google and found this site.  WOW I am sure glad my husband doesn't owe I would have to take corrective actions.  Everyone be aware of this scam.

This is  a scam originating in either India or Pakistan.  They use spoofing technology to hide their real numbers.

I usually play along with them until they ask for money and then I tell 'em the US government has monitored the call via the NSA and his call center has been targeted for destruction by a Hellfire missile from a drone aircraft from out in the Indian Ocean.

They hang up pretty fast.

Fact is, I believe the NSA DOES monitor all incoming calls form Asia.
