I received the same email from Rick Owens (Case concern officer) . Trying to get money.

I got pretty much the same email but the name was Richard Owens

Same scam, same names as described above, very poor english in the narrative, however.
Case concern officer? what the heck is that??

oh, and as a follow up, the email came from "Gloria Allred", as if she would be involved in a $600 debt collection! Give me a break!

I received an email stating the same thing and possible wage  garnishment  as well as a high fine and possible two years in prison. For a loan in which I did not ever receive I never requested done online and they have no hardcopies of such loan only a few vague words of which were supposedly entered into the computer and found through an IP address. It was also a Rick Collins I put the number in my Google search and came up with spam scam so please anybody that gets an email from them please report it
