I received a threatening email from this number from Rick Collins...about loan I did not make from Richmond, Ca... Telling me this was my final warning....scam

I received the same email but I'm concerned it contains my name,address,part of my ss claiming I'm being sued bc of a payday loan,funny ive never had a payday loan .Its def a scammer,just not sure how they obtained my info

I recieved or my husband actually did, as the email was in his name.Threatening us the same way. What do we do to stop this kind of illegal harassment?

I too received the same email. I don't recall any loans from said company. In my state you can't collect on debt after 4 years via law suit, etc. Definitely a scam, frightening how they have social security numbers, etc. I don't have any debt.

Said I owe them money, threatening to take me to court.
