I recieved a call on Sept 7,2011 around 545pm saying this is a law firm looking for my fiance. and He did financial fraud which i have never put in for anything scaring me saying I will be going to court also.. I looked up this number in which I was contacted by and found all this information I did not tell my fiance he would freak... I had a feeling this was not right... I am reporting this along with the others who have wrote I could not understand this person all i understood was he worked for a law firm and then financial fraud I have never put in for anything  i see these pay day loans and put my name and x out of them after checking with the bbbureau.. saying that my fiance better call him back.. well my fiance has no clue this dude called I will not upset or worry him...

I too received the same call. I couldn't understand them and there was a lot of noise in the back ground. I even called the number back and there was not professional greeting.

State they are an investigation company and that a US Cash America company has filed a law suit against me due to failure to pay back money that was deposited into my bank account and I need to settle out of court for the amount of $7,000.00 dollars. They have contact edmy place of work stating that it is an Urgent Family Emergency getting everyone in my office frazzled and involved. This is a BOGUS SCAM stating that it is in reference to my SSN. I have told them to stop contacting me and they continue to harrass. I've done my research and plan to report this phone number and company to the State Attorney General's office. "SOMETHING MUST BE DONE ABOUT THE HARRASSEMENT".

This company keeps calling my cell and work number. Its making me mad cause he keeps talking crazy to me and he can't prove the aligations.

If I find out who they are I will drive to MS from NJ and rip the dots of the forehead!!!!!  They also use Oak View Law Group as a front!
