Getting calls for employees at work saying they are investigating a breach of my employee's social security number. Says they are calling from an attorney office. Asked them to stop calling and they continue to do so. Sounds like a telemarketing center of phones and callers in the background. Broken english and called on a Skype number.

They have called my work and did me the same way. But also said that an officer would be serving me with a warrent for my arrest. I have never financed anything through the company of Cash America

Does anyone know how to get this stopped or if we have any legal rights. This guy knew my SSN and said they had my bank information.

They told me someone had filed a suit against my SSN, and they had the last four digits correct, saying there were some legal office in Mass.  And, naturally, the people that spoke to me had a foreign accent.  When I asked them for my whole SSN, they ignored the question.

They keep calling me and stating that they are from a law firm and they want me to call them back!
