May 13 at 7:34 pm, I also received  a call from this number.  I first tried to think of friends I have that may be in the area, then thought to look it up and found this page.  

There was no voice message left and the Caller ID stated the number and that it was coming from Albert Lea.

Received call from this number while I was out.  Tried calling back and got "disconnected" message for number.  Did reverse trace and found it registered to Elia Romano.  No idea who this is but see other people reported the same circumstances.

I got a call yesterday from this number - female caller.  Conducting a survey to see who I would vote for in the Primary Election.  Since I am working on the Kelliher campaign, knew it wasn't from her.  Must be either Dayton or Entenza.  Got the same "disconnected" message when I called back so traced it to the Elia Romano name online.
