Keeps calling, ID says Albert Lea, MN

Why am I getting calls from this number and it says Albert Lee, Minnesota?
Is it a prank?
They never talk to my recorder so I won't answer

It is happened to me four times in last three days. The first time I googles the number, nothing came up. Now tonight I see these posts.  I called phone company and they tried the  number and got same disconnect message I did. They suggested and gave me instructions for doing a trace and contacting NCB.

I  finally got a name Elia Romano lives in Albert Lea
He sells seeds
Why is he calling me?
There is even a pix of him on his facebook site and him with his basketball team

To annoyed in MN

I am too annoyed and am in MN

I googled more and got more info on him
He has lived in 2 other states recently
can pay (but I won't ) to see if he has a criminal record
