Your caller is a criminal scammer.  They don't care about the DNC and the DNC is just a "List" and not law enforcement.

I won a prize of a cruise on Norwegian! Robocall hung up and blocked.

just got a call from this number stating it is my last chance to reduce my credit card interest...press 1 to speak to a representative press 2 to learn more? I did nothing  and 4 seconds later, they hung up on me.

".....your household has been selected to receive a free all inclusive luxury cruise.  Press 1 for more information.  Press 2 to be removed from the list."  Think the recording started before my voice mail started to record but I've heard this all before.  The caller ID showed Customer Servic but I'm assuming if they had more room to spoof it would say Customer Scammer, oops I mean Service.  I wasn't near the phone when this one came in so I missed a great opportunity - to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.  Somehow I think they will call again so I will likely get another chance.  You obviously can't stop the calls so why not get some satisfaction by wasting their time.
