i just received a call from this number,whichI did not recognize or answer....message was something about lowering credit card debt?? Caller I D shows Elegant Lehigh??

I just got the same call with caller ID Elegant Lehigh with a message about lowering credit card interest. When I dialed back the # it doesn't even connect and ring on the other end.

I got a cal from the same nuts with the caller ID saying Elegant lehigh they left a recorded message saying this is your last notice about lowering your credit card debt. which  I don't have that tells ya how much they know, they said they had sent notices to my house which is a lie. but I blocked the number so it will never get through again.

Just got a call from "Elegant Lehigh" at 484 223 3421 advising that I could lower credit card debt. This was the final notice.
Pressed 1 to talk to a rep and was cut off.

I have received repeated calls claiming to be Cardholder Services without identifying a bank or company.
The message left always says I have just 1 last chance to lower my credit card interest rate.

The Callerid  number = 484-223-3421 and name = Elegant Lehigh
