Just got the same message on my machine 3 times today.  Knew it couldn't be true.  Thanks for posting.

They called 3 times yesterday, all 3 calls nailed by NOMO. Called the number back and a lady with an Indian accent answered "US Treasury, how can I help you". I could hear others in the background with the same accent talking in a boiler room environment. When I asked her what she wanted, since they called me three times, she hung up. It was an obvious internet-based phone call based on the sound of the disconnect process. They are now on the local list of blocked calls, so they don't even get one ring.
