Best way to deal with these jerks (if you want to have some fun) is to string them along and then just swear at them. Then report the call to the FTC.

Call from cell phone in LA left message just stating I needed to call this number (in Dallas) over a time sensitive matter. Maybe another attempt new tactic to lore people in.
