Billy,  not is real name I am sure called a friend of mines company.   When I explained he was out of town his response was "That's convenient".   When I said excuse me, there was a death in the family and he is out of town at the funeral and his response was "Boo-Hoo"  and he slammed the phone in my ear.   As a collection manager for a telecommunication company he would be fired for his actions but this collection company follows their own rules and you can never get in touch with them.
