Had the same message. IRS indeed!  Don't call this number!

I just received a call from this number with a recording stating it was the IRS and I needed to call this number. When I called the number they said they are the IRS and there is a lawsuit about to be filed for $3795 owed on my 2013 taxes. I asked them to verify my SS# and they would not even give me the last 4 digits. I asked why I did not receive a letter from the IRS and they just kept telling me there would not be a letter sent out. They wanted to know how I wanted to take care of the balance to avoid a warrant being issued today for my arrest, seizure of my bank account, cancelling my drivers license & SS#, etc.

Last call reminder IRS is filing suit on me....I want to report this SCAM....SECOND CALL IN FIVE MINUTES....THE OTHER IDENTICAL ONE CAME FROM 469-327-6040
