Home improvement pitch.

Called my personal cell phone & I answered since I was expecting a call and unsure what number would be used.  Of course it was this SCAM TELEMARKETING PRE-RECORDED MESSAGE that starts out "The FBI reports that a break in occurs every ten minutes...."  so I disconnected.  Sounds like this same GE Home Security SCAM that has been around for years that they are installing in "your" neighborhood and offering a "free" system just for allowing them to place a small sign in your yard.  Ooooh!  Sign me up!  Total ILLEGAL, COLD-CALLING TELEMARKETING SCAM using a pre-recorded message to a personal cell phone.  Blocking & reporting.

The caller, Allen, TX ( displayed on our phone as ID. ) called us us @ 10:20, California Time, 05.13.2015.
When I returned the call hiding my number, a lady message said: " You have reached the Business office of FHC... etc., please leave a message...!". So I left a message with my phone number for them: please don't call again, thanks."
According www.800notes.com. this number has been used to call many people randomly since 05.11.2015.I'll report it to FCC.

Caller: Allen, TX.

No VM.
At this point I don't pick up calls from numbers I don't know.
