Called my cell phone - did not recognize number so did not answer. No message left.  Added to my blocked caller list.

Told them they had reached FBI....foreign accent...they said "sorry to bother you" and hung up

Call came in and I immediately blocked it using my call blocker device, then manually blocked the area code also. Seems as fast as we block numbers, these scammers are just as fast using new numbers. Eventually, they will run out of numbers, LOL. I still file a complaint with donotcall anyway.

I never answer any number I do not recognize and as per a phone call with my local donotcall representative, she advised never to answer calls you do not know and do not call back or press 1 or whatever number they tell to you press. Just signifies it is a live and working number.
