I got the same prerecorded call July 30, 2015 in MD that others have described for credit card reduction to a 6% rate. Caller ID said "Card Services 469-262-2040".   I pressed 1, and got a man with an Indian accent. When I told him I wanted to call back later, he immediately hung up. If you call  469-262-2040, you get a poor quality recording in a woman's voice for removing your number.

No message.  # blocked now (for all the good that will do, b/c the amount of spoofed numbers apparently is virtually limitless).

received call from this number around 1:45p, did not answer, no msg left. called number back, stated "press any number to be removed from calling list, will take 24-48 hrs".. if you dont press anything it hangs up after repeating the msg. i pressed a number, also added to block list. i usually dont get calls like these as our cell phones are our only phones and im very selective with giving it out, im sure ill get another similar call from a different number next month....need to start having some fun with these idiots.
