Dallas and vicinity is a hotbed of violators of the Do Not Call registry. People down there have been in the business of causing the rest of us trouble since the days of spam faxing, which they almost had a monopoly on. This is just another of these outfits, but they are trying to steal our credit card numbers instead of snooker us into spending money on fake promotions.

We here in Dallas get more spam calls from New York than anywhere else. Anyone can "say" their number is from anywhere they like, so just because the number comes up a certain city does not mean that's where they're calling from. It's called "spoofing." Look it up before you vilify several million people because a few have used Dallas numbers to try to scam people. It's not our fault, dude.

Called at 10:36 am. Didn't answer, no voicemail. Thanks to everyone here I know its now a scam.

Unwanted robocall "congratulating" for ontime payments offering refinancing ...

I did not answer. they left no message. When I tried to call back there was a recording "dial any number to be removed from the list."
