called our office asking for the owner or office manager. Asked who I may say is calling. He is Steve from Texas calling for NAP Solutions. He said our owner knows his local rep. He again asked to speak to the "owner". I asked what it is regarding, he said he can only discuss this with the owner and if I won't put him on, he will just have to pass us up & contact the next "medical office" and hung up.

This number called my office today.  When I answered I could hear a lot of people talking.  Then a man said very clearly "ebonics, I only speak ebonics" then hung up.  Soooo, in this particular instance, THEY made race relevant.

Hey, six months since their last call, maybe they're giving up.

I spoke too soon, only a week off from their calls this time.

This time it was six days between calls.  I hung up on him immediately and he called back and quit after I hung up again.
