We have received multiple phone calls on multiple lines from the 469-248-4184 phone number. They are attempting to solicit credit card/merchant processing. The personnel with whom I have spoken have been rude, abrasive and aggressive. I have been hung up on multiple times after I told them the owner was not available.

Nasty rude ignorant people calling about credit card processing. ADD THIS NUMBER TO YOUR BLOCK LIST.

They called and asked for the owner and I asked "may I ask who's calling"? And he said Credit Card Processing". I told him "Credit Card Processing, My [***]!! Scum City" and I hung up! I put them on my blocked list.

Single dumbest person I've talked to in a looong time (and that's saying something).  It's for a Company (North American Processing) that processes credit cards.  They asked for the owner by name and when I tried to screen they just kept asking for the owners. When I asked what it was regarding the idiot told me that name of the company.  When I asked the 2nd time she wanted to know if one of the owners was available.  Then I had to say 'What do you want, what are you selling, what is your service' what is your product.  FINALLY!!!  Credit card processing.  Explained that we don't use them in our law firm as our fees come DIRECTLY from settlement proceeds.  She then asked (AGAIN) to speak to the owner so she can explain how she can increase our profits by using credit cards (huh??).  just hung up after that.

First of all, not sure why you needed to mention their race, and secondly, since you were on the phone, how do you even know their race? Making assumptions about people based on how they speak and look is not wise.  Race is not relevant here.  Thank you.
