Robo speed dialer calls my #   phone rings once & call ended- hangs up call ends -hangs up!!
2 or 3 times a week for 3 months takes a break  then calls start  again from same # or different # calls same pattern
rings once & hangs up! ever since i added my # to do not call registry !!!

Its not the DNC's fault, they are not a call blocker.  And criminals do not obey laws. Sooner or later they find you even if its a cell phone!  Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Got a call from this nnumber tried to call back it wouldn't ring out

You mean since you added your number to the "Call Me First" list?  Why would you expect anything less after signing up for these calls?

I'd like to send them a .308 diameter copper pill right between the eyes from about 100 yards out, they might stop ringing up cell phones then.
