Recording saying to press 1 if I don't want any more calls about their promotion...though I never actually heard any promotion.  It was as if it skipped something.  I did not press 1, just hung up.  Unfortunate that this was my cell # they called.

Called let it ring once and hung up .I wasnt going to answer it if they let it ring 5 times anyway.
Also now I know they are a scammer I got them blocked with my call blocker app

Received a call this morning from this number and my caller ID noted it as "unknown".  Performing a reverse lookup, I discovered that the owner is Callerid4u, Inc.  The number is an Oregon number.  Phone rang once and quit.  No voicemail.

Like many others mentioned above, calls with a single ring and hangs up.  Also - like others - have been getting relentlessly inundated with these harassing 'robocalls' from a very wide variety of spoofed numbers.  Do these predators actually fool anyone?
