Sometimes women who are also mothers are working as scammers.

This is a scam.  They called me 3 times today and when I finally answered he  was a foreigner with trouble speaking English working in a call center with a lot of back ground noise.  After I said hello the first thing he said was "Can I ask you a question." When I asked who this was, he repeated "Can I ask you a question" and I asked again who this was the he said he was with the US Government Department of Grants but refused to give his name or how he got my info.
The other posts refers to money & Taxes, the IRS and now US Government Department of Grants.

why are you calling/ do not call back/ who are you?

I have received two today and when I answer no one replies  maybe they would rather be speaking to my husband. Where is this call coming from?
