the exact happened to me yesterday and they said to add them on yahoo messenger

It just happened to me as well, so i searched that name here on yahoo,  i hope nothing bad happes

I had a similar text: It addressed me by name and said they hadn't heard from me, then no response when I asked who it was. If you have any webssites registered to you (as I do), that registration and administration info is public record. It's the only place online that I can think of where my name and cell phone are both listed. It's easy info to access, so don't assume that calls/texts coming to your cell are any less spam-y than the junk you'd get on your landline.

I received one yesterday from a (715) 203-0852 with same message, saying to message them on yahoo...  wonder what it is?

Same here ,they kenw my name and asked me to add a username to yahoo
weird eh?
