Oh ... I see, the site uses a "Privacy company" to "protect" its real contact information, and that company is located in Canada, rather than in the USA.
My drone's GPS is not working well today. Does your building have a "Tri-State Pools and Spas" sign, or are you located nearer the Big Mac down the street?
Let us see what the BBB has to say about your organization:

"This Charity did not provide requested information. As a result, we cannot determine if it meets Standards"
"BBB Comments
This charitable organization either has not responded to written BBB requests for information or has declined to be evaluated in relation to BBB Standards for Charity Accountability. Charity participation in BBB review is voluntary. However, without the requested information, it is not possible to determine whether this charity adheres to all of the BBB Standards for Charity Accountability. The BBB encourages charities to disclose accountability information beyond that typically included in financial statements and government filings, in order to demonstrate transparency and strengthen public trust in the charitable sector. Hopefully all that info helps you determine where I got my information, and also reveals some administrative omissions or errors on the part of your organization. I cannot comment further on the "reality" of your organization, but I also invite readers to see the following:

Lurkers:
The subject organization has existed for a fairly long time. They apparently DO advertise fundraising concerts. If they are truly a nonprofit / charitable organization, they are exempt from the Federal "Do Not Call" provisions, BUT they should still cease calling when asked to do so, during the initial call.
The number of complaints in this thread, plus the administrative omissions and BBB nonresponsiveness does indeed seem to show an underlying problem with their practices. Perhaps this can be corrected in the future.
