Maria,  this is a discussion board and is for the purpose of exchanging information among people concerning unwanted callers.  it has nothing to do with callers or reporting anyone....sorry.

Same issue here.  The caller never speaks or leaves a message.

It's a scam call, not a real survey Kenny.  

They claim it's a survey to see if you can take part of a clinical trial and malpractice suit in which they'll pay you money.  But if you go through it, you need to give them a service fee first before the big bucks start rolling in!

Surveys are exemp.  Scams and/or attorneys cold calling for clients for a scam class action suit are not.

I see these folks are busy robo-dialing.

These are illegal recorded robo calls!

Have blocked their future calls.

Buy a call-blocking phone.  

Uniden and Panasonic make wonderful call blocking phones and they're inexpensive.  They also come with at least one wireless handset.  Very handy!!!
These phones also block “Out of Area” and “Private” calls.

Another scammer trying to get around telemarketing laws by posing as a "survey".  They are  nothing but people trying to steal your money and/ or identity.  Don't fall for it!  
Attorneys do not solicit for people to join class action suits by telemarketing or do they ask for any types of fees up front.
