That figures. Reminds me of Tobias Boyland, a convicted felon in the Western NY area who was busted several years ago running another scam debt collection outfit. More recently, I read and heard of yet another extortion scam which was traced by NJ law enforcement to a South Georgia prison cell--aided and abeited by a corrections officer.

There is definitely something deeper and uglier going on in this country with the explosion of all these pervasive scams.

robo caller, saying I owe a debt and there is a pending lawsuit against me.  415-855-0446

Phone call from 415-855-0446 said I owed payday loan from 2009,the person on the phone had wrong last name . Did have my address which is scary and the name of my bank but nothing else. When I kept asking questions she said she had to go to a meeting. Before she hung up I asked for her name she said it was Tameka from rg financial. She said she would call me tomarrow morning well guess what she won't I blocked the number and reported to my carrier. How can these people live with themselves.

They gave me the same exact story! Said my husband took out a payday loan in 2010 and failed to repay the loan saying it was Fraud and if we didn't pay $1,000 he would be prosecuted for a felony defrauding a financial institution.  She gave an acct number we never had, and an email address that had my name on it, but an address I never had.  SCAM!!!!  Also the statute of limitations in California is 4 years for fraud or breach of fiduciary obligation... so, yeah let me pay you $1,000 over the phone for something you claim my husband did 5 years ago!!  Kick rocks you scumbags!!

I been receiving a few calls from this number, when I decided to listen to the message, yes, it was a robot leaving me a voice message stating they will take action on a legal matter.  I decided to call and I spoke to a Ms. Winsfield. Ms. Winsfield sound like a "GHETTO, IGNORANT RUDE AND NASTY black female. If my hands could've reach through the phone receiver, I would've snatch that f..king b.t.h by the neck. She told me about a payday loan I received back in 2008, and their client "Global Group Holding LLC". Been trying to get a hold of to settle this matter. I told her if I owe the company money I will pay, but I never heard of that company. Ms. B.t.h got mad and started to yelling at me and told me since I'm not going to pay then their client will garnish my wages. I start laughing. I told her let me do my own investigation on this company. Then she hung up the phone in my face. Their's another lady that suppose to be the manager ( I didn't get her name, but she's no different).
I called today, trying to get a little more info. And she told me to stop calling because they will start the wage attachment withy employer.
