officer kevin smith with a heavy indian accent called stating i owe a pay day loan and have 3 other pending charges.. need to hire a lawyer and pay over 6200 or pay 1135 over the phone..

the call came in from WEST COAST  and the call was about lowering interest rates, to be taken off the call list call # 2 and I did then a woman with a thick accent came on and asked whether I had pressed one or 2 I said 2 she hung up...wow even with the do not call they ge thru I am reporting to attorney generals office

Caller called with number 415 671-4289, number came up as blocked.  Answered call and he kept saying he wanted to talk to "XXX".  I kept saying "hello" and he kept shouting the name.  Finally hung up.  Same voice has called at other times with a phone number that showed up as "unknown".

Caller is calling a business number.
