Courtney, I hope you check back to this site. First thank you for the link to Flex Energy. I had not been able to find anything on line. Only some Flex Energy related to turbines! Can you explain how you found out this was the Flex ENergy telemarketing scum bags?  If so, they are one of the worst of the illegal telemarketing call centers. They change their caller ID every couple weeks. I also have them down for 209 679-8452 and 916 246-8541.
Flex Energy is located in Walnut Creek and has a phone of 888 768-9838. Thanks!

They are part of NEXT PHASE MARKETING.  Fake name to hide their true ID. When you check them you'll see they are in WALNUT CREEK, CA. Same employees.

"California Clean Energy" calls today w/ heavy accent males who couldn't pronounce Wednesday, as in appointment next Wednesday to see who's really behind calls. Asked for "consent" (sic) to override DNC List, however "David Wilson" the floor supervisor forget to mention the actual company name and company telephone number before asking - besides, since the initial call is illegal, follow-up calls remain illegal. Eventually Flex Energy came out well after the ineffective "consent" question was asked. The caller ID read "Private Number," hence it fits bests under the notes on Flex Energy, Another clue the telemarketer [the company behind the calls, not their overseas callers]  is in Northern California = "Is your provider PG&E?" In Southern California, providers include Southern California Edison and Los Angeles Dept. of Water & Power for City of LA. At some point the callers touted their "non-profit" status and how they want to provide a "free no obligation quote" to get people to go solar,  which language is an attempt to get around the TSR and TCPA. That attempt should fail because they are selling leads to solar panel installers, who $ell $olar panel$ + in$tallation. Thanks to above posters for uncovering Next Phase Marketing, New Paradigm, Smart Energy Today, and Flex Energy.
