Called on 12/28/16 offering solar. I asked to be placed on the do not call list. The man still asked me whether I did not care about going solar. I again told him to put me on the DNC list. He told me he would.  On 1/2/17, I again got a call from this number. There was some background noise, but no human voice - then the line disconnected.

It should not be this easy to locate.  it's likely somebody is spoofing sandra's number.  her friends should tell her about it, if they see this.

Accented male, not E Indian, with difficulty pronouncing some English words, calling for "Flex Energy." Says "Smart Energy Today" is the "provider," says this 415-384-5969 number is the call back number.

It is interesting to note that www.Smartenergytoday.NET is owned by Schade Investments, and lots of Schade is not good for high solar energy output!

            The telemarketer probably was not calling from Mill Valley, CA in Northern California, or is very inexperienced in selling solar, because he asked if my power provider currently is PG & E, and anyone with a modicum of solar selling experience would know that PG & E's tentacles do not extend below Central California.
