Claims I have been charged with fraudulent bank activity or fraudulent checks, I don't even have a bank account, we use prepaid debit/credit cards for all our transactions or cash. I put our numbers on the do not call list but so far it hasn't worked.

they were calling me too.  they called me several times on December 2nd on all three of my phone numbers.  now they are calling my home number and making the call look like it is coming from Dover, Delaware.  When I call the number back, the number just rings and rings.  it is not a real number that they are calling from now.  they tell me I am going to be served papers for a Check N Go Loan from 2007.  Then serve me already, but stop calling me.  this debt is past the SOL and I have received nothing in writing so they are breaking all the laws under the FDCPA.

This company is annoying....calling multiple times per day and leaving threatening messages for someone who hasn't lived here for 10+ years.
