Received a message call from 4123461349 said I have a case number and two fraudulent charges against me and I need to call before I get served paper at my employment or home. We Called, said: To hold for legal department. Ask who was this? Couldn't give a name or state. Told them we were going to call the FBI, they hung up. My son told me to type this phone number on the web to see if others were receiving
this scam. Thanks to you all for letting the public know this is a scam.

They are saying that I owe money that my name is Nicole Shrowder Joyce or something like that (not true)

These people had my former last name and refused to give me much information. I explain to them that legally they need to address me by my correct last name and then i asked what company i owe due to filing bankruptcy in 2010, I owe no debt from before then. I told him to send me the paperwork as I was concern they are fraud, I said I would have my attorney review it. I also stated i would file complaint with the BBB and he said they are the government

Number calls looking for someone else who is not me and says they have a warrant for my arrest. Told them multiple times I'm not that person but they still call. 412-346-1349
