Everyone here affiliated with Duquesne Light, PNC, or UPitt? I have been getting calls from this number as well multiple times a day over the past few months. Just moved here so figured listing the few things I'm associated with might narrow things down

i got the same call answered it and music started to play, i instantly started to name that tune but it started into a busy signal, kinda reminds me of hearing voices again, almost always makes me want to drink.its like answering your door and the easter bunny appears.

I've gotten calls from this number and it was duquesne light cus my bill was over due. Obviously, for some people here it's not duquesne light or your service would be shut off but this number only comes for me, from them. And they have left messages before saying they want to discuss my bill
