I've received five calls now from this number, three times I was not able to attempt to answer and the other two times were hang ups.  No voicemails are left, one of the searches I ran said the number is from Carnegie Mellon.

I received 2 calls in less than 3 minutes from this number. They left one message on my cell phone. Said it was Citi Financial auto calling about insurance for a car I am purchasing. I am not purchasing anything. They also left another phone number to call back it was 866-402-8073

I also have been receiving calls from this number on my cell phone. Fortunately/unfortunately i have not had my phone on me when it's called.. Never has been a voicemail.. This afternoon was three calls, before it's just been one on any given day..

I have received 8 calls from this number in 2 days. I try to answer and I get breathing and then hung up on. I have ran the phone call trace and hopefully these jerk offs get fined. Also the number given above the 866 number is disconnected but the voice telling you that is not the operator.

i get that all the time could it be the cops?
