I received 2 calls in less than 3 minutes from this number. They left one message on my cell phone. Said it was Citi Financial auto calling about insurance for a car I am purchasing. I am not purchasing anything. They also left another phone number to call back it was 866-402-8073

i recieved a phone call from this number this morning and when i answered the phone it just started ringing and then i hung up on me.
