I am having the saw deductions just once monthly on my card for the last 6 months,(Australia) Netflix says it’s not them so we’re no help. My bank has told me to cancel the card

A charge came up on my card for $5.48 from Netflix. A few days later they reimbursed me for $5.33. I do not have a Netflix account.
