Found an $11.99 charge on m y credit card for Netflix and I don't have a Netflix account. Talked to someone at Netflix (Janbelle) and they are going to remove the charge from my credit card. I have changed my bank password and will contact the credit card company.

This number has been charging my account as netflix for 9.82 a month for close to a year now. They are still doing it even after I made my bank aware of it.
