SCAMMER again calling to harass.
pressed my talk button and said nothing.
male with strong india/hindi accent kept on saying "Hello. Hello, Hello" but after a minute he gave up

robocall on my phone from  407-986-5439"  caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Tuesday 01-03-17 at 447 PM

phone rang about 15 times - did not answer.

Caller's firm names ("Cardmember Services Corporation," "Debt Resolution Company," "Debt Validation Company," etc.) are not listed with any state or federal government.

Caller claims his firm is described in Wikipedia, but non information is found there.

Caller's postal address (386 Orange Street, Orlando, FL 34825") does not exist.

Caller-ID hides his actual phone number ("Janesville, WI 608-371-6666") and instead displays the number for NoMoRoBo, a telemarketer-blocking firm.

Caller claims his firm has a Web site, but is unable to give out that site name.

Caller claims his firm is funded by a federal program, but is unable to name the agency.

Caller claims his firm is funded by the federal Consumer Protection Law, but that law does not fund debt consolidation companies.

Caller wants customers to agree to multi-year financial contracts, but refuses to let customers read all contract terms in advance.
