Same thing happened to us. This is wrong. Both my mother and myself are receiving these calls. Persuasive and invasive. Wanting private information claiming that with it they can help lower our interest rates. Scam, scam, scam.

I had the same experience. Got a call with a caller ID of 888-330-1460 that played an illegal recorded message to press 1 to get lower credit card rates. Normally when you ask them for their number so you can call them back they hang up. This time I got the number 407-986-5439 #7033 from "Kevin Kline". I was able to call them back and talk to Kevin (a "manager") again. These guys are super insistent and persistent. We need to protect our loved ones from them. Anyway, I reported the original call to the FTC at 888-382-1112 and told them about THIS number that they can also use to track down these jerks. Report all calls like this to help protect others. It only takes a few minutes.
