My caller ID shows "calling plan". I answered and it was a recording offering to lower my payments.
Notified the DONTOCALL list.

Just got one, same number....breathing, then a creepy voice that asked, "what's ur favorite scary movie"?

I live in NY & Just got a call fom this number, showed up from Livingston, MT (Manitoba?) I didn't say anything when I answered, waited a few seconds, then blew air into my cell phone mic, a computer voice said "I'm Sorry".

Got the same phone call, "I'm sorry" then the male hung up.
