Just got one, left message about previous contact (never) and lowering interest rates....broke, unemployed, no property, nothing to lower interest rates on.......just block these numbers they are not valid calls.

just got one. said "I'm sorry" then hung up. called back and said thank you for calling back about our special promotion.... blah blah blah.
the "i'm sorry" thing was kinda creepy though.

Just got a call on my Austin, TX (area code 512) number. 3 second voicemail left was blank. Weird.
