It appears that the same outfit also uses 404-659-2357, and possibly others as well. If the Caller ID wasn't spoofed, the outfit doing the calling appears to be an insurance agency with some side businesses that all operate out of the same address:
Baldwin Associates
574 Wabash Ave Ne
Atlanta GA 30312-1050
Baldwin Capitol
574 Wabash Ave Ne
Atlanta GA 30312-1050
Cradential Insurance
574 Wabash Ave Ne
Atlanta GA 30312-1050
Equitable
574 Wabash Ave Ne
Atlanta GA 30312-1050
Prudential Life
574 Wabash Ave Ne
Atlanta GA 30312-1050
Reppucci & Associates
574 Wabash Ave Ne
Atlanta GA 30312-1050
The entry for the Cradential name in Yellowpages.com gives an additional list of phone numbers, and a one-star review that complains of telemarketing as well:
Primary Phone: (404) 220-0891
Phone: (404) 254-2510
Phone: (404) 254-4890
Phone: (404) 331-4949
It *could* be that some enterprising jerk is ripping off the name to commit plain fraud, but the preponderance of information does not seem to make that potential hypothesis likely to be correct.
