Scam robocall.  A recorded voice offers "local diabetic life insurance".

Who would buy insurance from these miscreants?

Caller ID says "CRADENTIAL INS".  Who ever heard of such a word?  No way I would answer such a call.

Blocked it. But they called at 8:15am, that is against the law.

When I looked up a badly pronounced Credential Insurance, I got this through Google: I don't think they have an Atlanta office, and certainly would not hire a bloke who speaks broken English...
