This person called himself William Ward rather than "Ford" and provided a scan of a Georgia driving license by email and hydro bill for 30 Gilgorm Road Toronto which he was trying to rent. He maintained he had gone to the states and needed someone to look after his house in Toronto. The license was false and he wanted a deposit up front of $450. When challenged over this; he could not prove he owned the property and stopped trying to get me to rent it. He advertised on Craigslist
